Thumbnails rendered from your game

Icons and thumbnails for Roblox games, plus a 15-second vertical video as an add-on. Made from your live game or your real 3D models, never AI images, and tested at 150 px.

The style follows your game: cartoon, realistic or dark. The method is the same.

The case: our own game

Our own game, our own page. Tutti Frutti Defense is our tower defense: fruits and veggies against crazy home appliances, for Roblox (16+ for now). Every image here is a 3D render of the game's own models, posed and lit in Blender. Each one went through our 150 px check and our art director before it went up.

Cover thumbnail: Morangolino blasting a toaster in the garden
One subject, one actionA face you can read from across the room, and a clear corner for the logo.
  • B · the boss

A different questionThumbnail B doesn't repeat A. It asks something else: scale and danger instead of action.
  • upgrade path
Upgrade thumbnail: Morangolino at level 1, 2 and 3 side by side in the town square

  • new map
Orchard thumbnail: Melancito on a raft spraying water at a vacuum cleaner
The map sells the placeShot on the real orchard map, so the page shows what players will find.
  • max level
Max level thumbnail: crowned Morangolino glowing in the attic while a player cheers
Light does the workA warm key light on the subject, a darker room behind it.
  • the cast
Team thumbnail: the whole fruit and veggie cast in front of a house with a pool
The whole castFor the gallery, not the test: a lineup reads slower at 150 px.
Before: our first cover, a flat vector drawing of a strawberry and three appliances under the words DEFEND THE GARDEN!
After: today's cover, the crowned strawberry blasting a toaster, rendered from the game's own map, with the Tutti Frutti Defense logo
Before and after: our own coverDrag the seam. Our first cover was a flat drawing; today's is rendered from the game's real map and models.
  • The headline became the logo, in a clear corner.
  • The hero got bigger and closer: one subject, not four.
  • The background is the real map players will find.

Launch Kit

US$690

Founding price: US$ 540 for our first 5 clients

  • 1 icon + 5 thumbnails from 3 scenes rendered from your models, plus 2 variants
  • 1 vertical 15-second video for TikTok and Shorts, recorded from your published game, same cast as the thumbnails
  • Test guide, and a plain-words report about 14 days after the thumbnails go live, including when the data isn't significant yet
  • Same checks and revision rounds as the Update Kit

No click numbers of our own yet. Our game is new, and the test needs traffic before its data means anything. We'll publish ours when they're significant, not before.

Pieces in 10 business days. The report about 14 days after the thumbnails go live.

Ask for the Launch Kit

Add a 15-second vertical video to any kit: + US$ 150 (US$ 100 for founding clients). Recorded from your published game, as a normal player: no place file, no keys. Never sold on its own.

Founding Five Our first 5 clients pay the founding price and also get:

  • a 150 px before-and-after sheet: your current art and the new one, at Home size
  • our one-page guide to Roblox's thumbnail test (included in the Update and Launch Kits)
  • on the Update Kit and the Launch Kit, one free event icon swap within 90 days

Two promises on every order. If you don't approve the draft after the revision rounds (one on the Refresh Kit, two on the others), your deposit comes back. If we miss the date and it's on us, the second half drops 20%. No click promises.

No monthly plans, and nothing sold by the piece. We take 2 to 4 kits a month.

Videos up to 15 s

  • 8 against the boss 9 sSeen from above, made to loop: the end runs back into the start.
  • The boss arrives 12 sLavatrice, the washing machine boss, walks out of the portal. Recorded from the game, with sound effects.
  • From new to max 13 sEvery upgrade of one unit, one after the other, then the first and the last side by side.

Vertical videos for TikTok and Shorts, 9 to 13 seconds. On-screen text in Portuguese. Tap to play; they never start on their own.

How it's made

  1. You send the link

Your game link and what's new in the update. The main characters' models (.rbxm) help; a copy of the place is optional.

We never need your API key, password or group access.

  2. We render it in 3D

On the Refresh Kit, we play your live game as a normal player and capture it in 4K. On the Update and Launch Kits, your real models are posed and lit in Blender. Either way a person finishes every piece. Not AI-generated art: what players see on the page is what they'll find in the game. The style follows yours: cartoon, realistic or dark.

  3. The 150 px test

Every icon and thumbnail is checked at the size players see it on a phone, next to other games.

  4. Roblox's own test

The thumbnails go into Roblox's native thumbnail test, and we guide the setup. It isn't a coin-flip A/B, so the report reads it the way Roblox runs it, in plain words.

What we won't do

  • Promise numbersNobody can promise clicks or visits, so we don't. We promise the pieces on time, the checks, and an honest report.
  • Ship AI-generated artAgents help us with research, layout drafts and checks. The images are captured from your live game or rendered in 3D from your models.
  • Draw brainrot, anime or other people's brandsNot even with a license claim: the rights to some of these characters are in dispute.
  • Mislead playersNo mechanics, interface or graphics your game doesn't have, and no "free UGC" or "best game" text. A thumbnail that oversells makes players leave in the first minute, and since June 2026 that counts against your game in Roblox's recommendations.

Questions

What do you need from me?

For the Refresh Kit, just your game link and what's new. For the Update and Launch Kits, also the main characters' models (.rbxm); a copy of the place (.rbxl) is optional. Send only Roblox files saved from Studio, plus images: zipped, password-protected or executable files are deleted unopened. We strip every script first, so your code never runs on our machines. We never need keys, passwords or group access.

How do I pay?

Fixed price per package, invoiced in US dollars: 50% upfront to book the date, 50% on delivery, before the full-size files. Pay the PayPal invoice by card or PayPal balance, or by USD bank transfer through Wise.

Why is it cheaper for the first 5 clients?

We're new at client work and want to build cases. The founding price is real: it ends after 5 clients, then the list price applies. If you agree in writing, we'd like to name your game and show the before and after; it's not required. We'll also ask for one referral and five lines of feedback.

What if I don't like the draft?

You get one revision round on the Refresh Kit and two on the other kits. If after those you still don't approve the direction, we refund your deposit minus payment fees and stop there. After the render, there's one round of small tweaks, and we always fix our own mistakes for free. If we miss the delivery date and it's our fault, the second half drops 20%.

Who can order?

Adults (18+) and companies. Before the deposit, you confirm that you own, or have a written license for, every character, name and logo in the artwork.

Can you work with a game that has little traffic?

Yes, but the test will be slow. With few visits, Roblox's test can take weeks to give significant data. The report says so plainly; we don't dress it up.

Do you need access to my group?

No. You upload the thumbnails yourself (it takes a couple of minutes) and send us a screenshot of the results each week. We guide you step by step.

Will you show my game in your portfolio?

Only with your written OK. Your files stay in a closed folder and are deleted within 30 days of final delivery. NDA on request.

Are you affiliated with Roblox?

No. Larp Studios is an independent studio from Brazil that makes Roblox games. We answer in English or Portuguese.

Our icon at 150 pixels: a crowned strawberry with an angry face, close up, against a blurred sky
What the free check looks like, on our own icon
  1. One subject, cropped close: the crowned strawberry fills the frame.
  2. Low camera: the background is sky and blurred trees, so nothing fights the face.
  3. Thick brows and an open mouth: the face still reads at 100 px.
